This article provides a comprehensive guide on integrating Network Leads with WordPress-based websites using Contact Form 7. By following these step-by-step instructions, moving companies can seamlessly capture and manage leads generated through their website's contact forms. Whether you're creating a new lead source or modifying an existing one, this article will walk you through the entire setup process.

Please note that this guide is specifically tailored for moving companies using WordPress and Contact Form 7. If you have a different website platform or are unsure about your setup, we recommend contacting our support team for personalized assistance.

Let's get started!

Step 1: Accessing Network-Leads

  1. Log in to your Network Leads admin account.

  2. Navigate to the "Settings" option on the left sidebar.

  3. Click on the "Leads" tab and select "Sources."

If you have already created a lead source for your website, copy the unique key by clicking on the small square icon. For those who haven't set up a source yet, we have a guide available on how to create one. Additionally, keep the API instructions page open as we may refer to it later.

Step 2: Installing the "CF7 to Webhook" Plugin

  1. Access your WordPress backend.

  2. Ensure that you have installed and activated the "CF7 to Webhook" plugin.

Step 3: Modifying or Creating Your Form

  1. In your WordPress backend, go to "Forms" > "Contact Form" > "Form."

  2. You have two options:

Option 1: Use This Template

Replace your existing form code with the following code snippet. Remember to insert your unique key (obtained from Step 1) in the bolded area:

<label>Your name [text* firstname]</label>
<label>Phone Number [text* phone1]</label>
<label>Your email [text* email]</label>
<label>Address From [text* fromaddress]</label>
<label>Address To [text* toaddress]</label>
<label>Comments [text* comments]</label>
[hidden uniquekey default:"PUT UNIQUE KEY HERE"]
[submit "Submit"]

Option 2: Use your filed

If you prefer to keep your current form, ensure that the labels in your form match the corresponding labels provided in the API Instructions from Step 1. Align the upper line labels from your form with the bottom line labels in our software. For example, "Your Name" on your website should correspond to "First Name" in our software.

Step 4: Add the Posting URL To contact form 7

  1. In the WordPress Contact Forms interface, navigate to the "Webhook" section.
  2. Paste the following URL: `https://api.network-leads.com/post`

  3. Make sure to mark the "Integration Send to webhook" checkbox.

Step 5: Saving Changes and Testing

Finally, save the changes made to your form and proceed to test it. Fill out the form on your website and submit it. Check your board on our software platform to verify if the lead appears. If the lead is successfully captured, congratulations! Your integration is complete.

Integrating Network Leads with Contact Form 7 on your WordPress-based moving company website is a straightforward process that enables you to efficiently manage and track your leads. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can seamlessly connect your contact forms to our powerful lead management system.
