You know what they say, you can't get what you don't ask for. Customers don’t know how important online reviews are or that you want them to leave a review unless you ask them to. If you don’t ask for reviews it is more likely that only your unhappy customers will go online and leave a bad review.

77% of consumers are willing to write an online review if you ask and make it easy for them! Now that you know that, work on implementing feedback as a part of your sales funnel. train your staff to always ask for feedback, and if the feedback is good- ask for a review!

The number one complaint customers usually have is miscommunication. The things that are obvious to you, the moving company, are not as obvious to your customers, especially if they move for the first time. Teach your representatives to communicate key information such as services provided (what is included and what is not), pricing (including additional fees), and limitations. this alone will build a strong, positive impression on your potential customers and help build their trust with you. in other words- you build your reputation!

now that we know all of this we are prepared to start asking for reviews. as mentioned before, first ask for feedback. get a better understanding of your customer's experience. if it wasn't good, make notes and if necessary apologize. later review all bad feedback and try to see how you can improve where needed. if it was good- ask for a review!

Asking for reviews over the phone

Here are two examples for semi call-scripts you can use:

“Mr. Jones, I take pride in my work so how was the service I provided you today?' 'Great! Always good to hear that. In a few minutes, you'll be receiving a review request - do you mind taking a few minutes to leave feedback letting my boss know how well I did?' 'Thanks! That means a lot!'

Or

“Mrs. Jones, we just finished the job and just so you know, you're gonna be getting a text. I use a service that will send a link out that makes it easier for you to leave me a review online. Would you please leave me that review?”

Easy and simple!

Pro Tip!

another option is to ask for reviews through emails. here at Network-Leads, we provide you with an email template just for that! in this email, the client has the option to choose between 2 buttons- bad or good.

if their experience was bad and they click on this button it will open an email page where they can tell you what went wrong.

if their experience was good, they click on the button and it takes them to your Google/ Yelp/ BBB/other review links.

Super Pro Tip!

with your Network-Leads account, you can create email automation for review request!
