Step 5 - Request payments and get paid

Request payments using Network Leads or add payments manually in an easy, secure and smart way

One more step and you're ready to book jobs and make money :))

In step 1 you added a new lead to the software. In step 2 you added items to inventory and finished the list. Step 3 was about creating the estimate and sharing it for your client to sign and in step 4 you set the pick-up & delivery dates. If you missed a step just click to go back.

Now, last but not least, request payments from your clients in the software.

In the lead, go to the "Payments" lead step.

Note: If you're using an integrated payment processor, it will show at the top right of the payments screen

If you are not using payment processors (Stripe, Authorized.net) scroll down to "Make a Payment".

You have three ways in which you can make a payment: Request CC Authorization, Request a Payment, and Make a Payment

Let's start with our first payment method:

1) Request CC Authorization:

By choosing this method the customer uploads his Credit CARD details signs the CC Authorization from the move panel, this allows you to create reoccurring charges. So whenever a payment is due you can enter the lead and go to payments and simply charge the client directly.

Click on Request CC Authorization, click on the arrows next to "log" and then choose your payment processor. you can add an amount or leave it blank. then click "OK"


you now created the request! you can send it through SMS, Email, or Copy Link (and send the link through WhatsApp for example. once the client authorizes the card it will change the action status from "pending" to "approved"

2) Request a Payment:

Here you can request payments from your customers. The request will appear on their move panel. This option is amazing because customers can charge themselves (just like buying something online)! fast and paperless! Click on "request a payment", fill in the blank rows (at description you can type in "deposit", "first payment", etc. then click on "request payment"

3) Make a Payment

Here you charge your customer if you are connected to a payment processor and Log external payments like cheques or cash. Click on make a payment choose the payment method and type in the description.

That's it! now you know how to charge and make payments through your account!

Perfect! All done! you just finished the sales process and you can now start booking jobs and make money.
